Additional cleaning fees may apply if damaged. • No shoes on furniture • No smoking, vaping, glitter, confetti, paint, or open flames. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Food and beverages must be kept away from furniture and specialty sets. • The renter is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. • Overtime will be billed accordingly. • Full studio policies and rental agreement will be provided prior to booking. A $100 FEE will be charged via Peerspace if furniture is not returned to original place after booking.
