Our space is great for small or large gatherings. We have hosted graduation and anniversary parties, garden weddings, dinner parties and birthdays. Your imagination is the only limitation for the space. The 2 large grass areas can accommodate tables and chairs to seat up to 125 people easily surrounded by fruit trees and raised garden beds. Plenty of room for bar tables and a large dance floor, photo areas and game areas. Large Deck is situated on the south side of the property and flows into a stone patio for intimate gatherings covered in string lights. 2 separate seating areas with fire pits available for conversations and relaxing. Plenty of Room for volleyball, cornhole or badminton. Ping pong table, bocci ball, 4way volleyball, and cornhole are available upon request for an addtiional fee. Bar area and grill available for an additional fee. Dining tables and chairs for up to 20 people are included in the rental. Many outdoor electrical plugs and water sources are located all around the property. Use of house family room, kitchen and bathroom available for additional fee.
