AFM Creative Space is a flexible corporate meeting and offsite venue located within a 5,000-square-foot space in Midtown Manhattan, just steps from Penn Station. Designed for larger teams and professional gatherings, the venue is well suited for company offsites, workshops, training sessions, presentations, conferences, panel discussions, team meetings, and networking events. The main rental area features a spacious open floor plan that can be configured for a variety of meeting formats, including classroom-style seating, presentations, collaborative workshops, panel discussions, and open team sessions. The flexible layout allows the space to be adapted throughout the day as your agenda and programming change. The rental includes up to 80 chairs and 30 folding tables with black tablecloths, providing a clean and professional setup for meetings, workshops, registration, catering, product displays, and breakout-style activities within the open area. The venue is equipped with a professional audio setup, including a mixing console, PA speakers, and microphones, making it suitable for presentations, panel discussions, speeches, workshops, and other programs that require amplified sound. The space also features an existing stage, a large LED screen, more than ten additional televisions, Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, a refrigerator, and restroom access. The LED screen and televisions can be used for presentations, company branding, agendas, digital signage, video playback, product demonstrations, or multi-screen content. If you plan to use multiple displays simultaneously, please let us know in advance so we can confirm available screens, connection requirements, and setup needs. Customizable display shelving is available for company materials, product displays, signage, welcome areas, branded installations, or presentation materials. Dedicated storage space is also available for meeting supplies, equipment, products, boxes, and other materials during your booking. For meetings and offsites that also require professional content production, the venue is equipped with a professional studio lighting system, including studio lights, softboxes, tripods, backdrop paper, and other production equipment. This makes the space particularly useful for teams combining presentations or workshops with interviews, executive content, product demonstrations, livestreams, or branded content production in a single location. The venue is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan near Penn Station, providing easy access for local teams as well as attendees traveling into the city. Please note that the booking includes the designated open meeting and event areas only. Offices, private rooms, and other restricted workspaces are not included in the rental. All load-in, setup, meeting time, breakdown, and load-out must take place within the reserved booking period. Please allow sufficient time before and after your meeting for setup and restoration of the space. Outside catering and outside vendors may be permitted with advance approval. Custom staging, booths, specialty installations, significant furniture rearrangement, large equipment, or other special setups must be discussed and approved in advance.
