The venue reports Wi-Fi, restrooms, a projector, zoned sound, practical lighting, commercial power, oversized load-in doors and two front loading zones. Seating, floor plan, food and beverage service, sound, guest flow, accessibility and any closure of public programming are confirmed for each event. Every booking is request-based and subject to the exhibition calendar. Existing artwork is not automatically cleared for event photography, filming, advertising or distribution; artwork visibility, handling and rights must be addressed in writing. Larger events and higher-impact plans may require permits, insurance, security, staffing or additional fees.
