Location: * Conveniently located 20 to 30 minutes from the Airport and the Las Vegas Strip depending on traffic. Ten minutes from Red Rock Canyon and across the street from Boca Park in Summerlin. Chairs and tables provided are what is displayed in listing photos. Two four feet folding tables are available for rent in the add-on's section. If in need of additional rentals, Rooms/Spaces shown are what is included in the rental. As noted, this is our primary residence and Ginger (our dog) and her friends enjoy the home and yard too. We keep it well-maintained, and take extra steps prior to a rental to ensure that the space is as clean as possible with special enzyme treatments for the yard, etc. Please note that if you or your guests have pet allergies, be aware that although the space is cleaned prior to a rental it is impossible to remove every evidence of pets being present in and around the area. Walk-throughs are available although needs to be scheduled prior to 🙂 Although I allow larger bookings up to 60 individuals this is pursuant to the type of booking that is planning to be hosted, along with other requested information at the time of inquiry of which I reserve the right to make the decision to move forward with a booking or not based on the information provided. Hourly pricing is contingent on number of guests and allocated into tiers, which is indicated at the time of any event inquiry or booking.
