The space was transformed into an upscale vibe space with a clean contemporary design, multiple entertainment areas, lounge-style seating, and a full bar setup. Our goal was to create a versatile environment that feels comfortable enough for a private gathering while still having the look and atmosphere of an exclusive lounge. Neighborhood Reserve 207 is conveniently located in the Ferndale/Royal Oak Township area, just outside Detroit and near the 8 Mile corridor. The location provides convenient access from Ferndale, Oak Park, Southfield, Royal Oak, Detroit, and other surrounding communities. Guests have quick access to major roads, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and other nearby amenities while still enjoying the privacy of a dedicated event space. Layout & Logistics Reserve 207 is approximately 1,500 square feet and features an open, flexible layout that can be adjusted depending on the type of booking. The space includes: * Full bar and countertop area * Bar seating and additional tables and chairs * Lounge-style seating areas * Multiple wall-mounted TVs throughout the space * Bluetooth-capable sound system * Decorative wall treatments, mirrors, greenery, and modern lighting * Private restroom * Open floor space that can be rearranged for different activities * Wi-Fi * Convenient ground-level access Tables and chairs can be repositioned to accommodate different layouts, including networking events, meetings, parties, content creation, celebrations, viewing events, workshops, and small private gatherings. Guests will have access to the primary event space, bar/lounge areas, seating areas, televisions, and restroom during their reservation unless otherwise stated in the booking agreement. Parking is available in the surrounding area, and the location is easily accessible by Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services.
