Junct·n is a light-filled, flexible boutique creative space in Newport Beach's Birdhouse development, near Fashion Island and the Newport Beach Library. The studio features a Japandi style aesthetic with limewash walls, concrete floors, large windows, and mood lighting, along with a kitchenette, an amp and speaker system, and A/C throughout. It works beautifully for wellness classes and movement workshops such as yoga, pilates, meditation, and sound baths, with mat capacity for 20 to 22 guests and mats, weights, and resistance bands included. It's equally suited for hands on workshops like art, mosaic, ceramics, culinary, and wellness education, seating up to 24 with tables and stools included. The space also supports content creation and photo or film production, offering clean neutral backdrops, natural light, and easy load in. For private celebrations such as bridal or baby showers and milestone birthdays, the space comfortably hosts 40 to 60 guests standing or mixed. It's a natural fit for pop up retail and brand activations thanks to its open floor plan with no fixed furniture to work around, and it also accommodates small corporate gatherings and networking events.
