Premium Add-On Available: VIP Balcony Photoshoots: Need the perfect shot? Escorted access to our private upper-level interior balconies is available for an additional flat fee. It offers unobstructed, panoramic mountain views perfect for wedding portraits or graduation photos. (Includes 30 minutes of escorted access strictly for the guests of honor and their photographer; maximum 3 people). Logistics & House Rules Capacity: Maximum of 50 guests. Restroom Access: Guests will have access to 1 dedicated exterior bathroom. (No access to the interior of the main house is permitted or required). Music & Entertainment: Outdoor acoustic music and DJs are completely welcome! Noise & Curfew: We are located in a peaceful neighborhood. All events, including music and clean-up, must strictly conclude by 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors. Outside Vendors: Outside catering, decorators, and rental companies are welcome with prior approval. Clean-up: Guests are required to bag all trash and leave the space in the condition it was found.
