Award-Winning Architecture AIA Chicago award winning project. The build was designed in collaboration with Vladimir Radutny Architects and received an AIA Chicago Small Project Award. The Space This is a custom-designed creative studio located right in Logan Square. The space features raw industrial materials, including exposed original brick, wood timber beams, and concrete floors. The layout is centered around custom communal wooden work tables paired with distinct perforated metal dividers, all tied together by a black structural wall. Large glass panels and skylights bring in a ton of natural light and create sightlines straight through to the garage area. The studio comfortably accommodates 10+ people and is fully air-conditioned. It's equipped with fast Wi-Fi and plenty of accessible outlets throughout the room for your gear, plus a private bathroom located very close to the space.
