The main event space holds up to 50 people and can be configured in various ways: theater rows for a training, classroom setup for a workshop, open floor for a mixer. Floor-to-ceiling windows keep it bright, with a backdrop of downtown Cincinnati. When the day calls for smaller conversations, seven breakout rooms are ready. Four fit a team huddle or a 1:1. Two are sized for mid-size group work or interviews. One 12-person room is built for a department meeting. Whiteboards are already on the wall. The rest of what makes a meeting run smoothly is included: a 75" TV for presentations, high-speed Wi-Fi, a lobby for breaks, and a catering-friendly setup area for when the day runs through lunch.
