To help us keep The WareHub clean, comfortable, and ready for every guest, please complete the following before leaving: Remove all personal belongings, decorations, food, drinks, and event supplies. Place all trash inside provided trash bags and move full bags to the designated trash area. Clean up all spills, food, and visible debris. Wipe down tables and counters used during your event. Return tables and chairs to their original setup unless otherwise instructed. Remove all balloons, signs, tape, hooks, and decorations. Do not leave tape, adhesive, nails, screws, or other materials on walls, doors, or furniture. Check the restroom and remove personal items, trash, and excessive debris. Leave the restroom in reasonable condition. Do not pour grease, food, paint, wax, chemicals, or other materials into sinks or toilets. Make sure all rented or provided WareHub equipment remains inside the facility. Report any spills, stains, broken furniture, damaged equipment, plumbing issues, or other property damage before leaving. Keep all restricted, storage, and warehouse areas closed unless access was specifically authorized. Please Avoid Glitter or loose confetti Open flames unless specifically approved Smoking or vaping inside the facility Wall damage from nails, screws, staples, or strong adhesives Moving large equipment without permission Leaving food or beverages overnight Dumping liquids or event materials outside the designated disposal areas Cleaning Expectations Guests are not expected to professionally deep-clean The WareHub. We simply ask that you remove everything you brought in and leave the space reasonably clean. The WareHub team handles normal cleaning, disinfecting, restroom sanitation, and floor cleaning after your event. Excessive cleaning, excessive trash, stains, prohibited materials, or property damage may result in an additional cleaning or damage charge.
