The space is ideal for baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, brunches, dinner parties, graduation celebrations, family gatherings, small receptions, content creation, photo shoots and other intimate events. INDOOR SPACE The 1,100 sq. ft. poolhouse provides an open event area that can be transformed to fit a variety of themes and layouts. The indoor space includes: • Open event area • Built-in bar and wet bar area • Two restrooms • Counter space for food and beverage service • Space for guest tables, dessert displays and focal-point décor • Climate-controlled indoor environment The open layout works especially well for seated dinners, showers and parties while still providing room for a decorated focal point and food or dessert setup. Professional event décor and upgrades are available for an additional fee, including balloon installations, custom backdrops, centerpieces, tablescapes, welcome signs, dessert displays, treats, photo booth services and other event enhancements. Guests may also bring their own approved vendors. PARKING Private on-site guest parking is available. Carpooling is strongly encouraged for larger events, and vehicles must remain within designated parking areas. PLEASE NOTE This is a private residential property. Guests are expected to respect the property and surrounding neighborhood. Pool use must be approved in advance and additional safety requirements may apply. Event rules, occupancy limits and any required security or safety personnel will be provided before booking.
