• Please leave the studio in the condition in which you found it. Remove personal items, dispose of trash, wipe up spills, and return props and furniture to their designated places. • Food and nonalcoholic beverages must be kept away from furniture, backdrops, rugs, and photography equipment. Please clean spills immediately. • Pets are not permitted without prior approval. Trained service animals are welcome as required by law. • Please do not leave exterior doors propped open or allow unregistered guests into the building. • Any damage, broken items, spills, or safety concerns must be reported immediately. • The renter is responsible for any damage caused by the renter or their guests during the reservation.
