Each area provides a different backdrop, allowing creators to capture several looks and scenes during one booking. The full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and island is ideal for food photography, cooking videos, lifestyle shoots, and product content, while the bedrooms and living area offer clean, neutral settings for fashion, beauty, wellness, interviews, and social media content. One of the standout features of the space is the private rooftop deck with outdoor lounge seating and expansive city views, including views of the Philadelphia skyline. The rooftop provides an additional outdoor setting for photography, video, interviews, social content, and approved small gatherings. Guests are welcome to bring cameras, lighting, microphones, props, and other appropriate production equipment. Furniture may be carefully repositioned when necessary and should be returned to its original placement at the end of the booking. This is an hourly creative and professional rental. Overnight accommodations are not permitted.
