Black Rain Studios is professionally maintained and cleaned regularly to provide a clean, comfortable, and production-ready environment for every guest. Studios and common areas are checked between bookings, high-touch surfaces are cleaned regularly, and floors and cyclorama areas are maintained as needed. Guests are asked to remove personal items, props, food, and garbage at the end of their booking and leave the space generally as they found it. Our team takes care of the regular cleaning and preparation of the studio for the next guest.
