An approximately 12,000-square-foot ballroom and dance studio in Alhambra with a broad polished wood dance floor and mirrored walls. The colorful purple, magenta, and orange interior features mounted RGB lighting, a disco ball, professional and portable sound systems, a DJ booth, a projector screen, large windows with shades, movable furnishings, and 150 chairs. The owner-reported maximum is 300 people, subject to the approved layout and applicable occupancy requirements. The 150-chair inventory does not establish seating for 300 guests. Amenities include kitchen access, two restrooms, a changing area, air conditioning and heating, and ground-floor access through an accessible front entrance. Kitchen facilities and permitted food preparation must be confirmed before booking. Wi-Fi is not available. Every event date, included area, equipment request, parking plan, sound level, and special activity requires booking-specific approval.
