The 2,700 sq ft location is a multi use artist event space with 6-15 parking spaces (depending on the neighboring business hours) in Eagle Rock/Highland Park area. Not just an event space but in fact a recording studio as well with multiple recording rooms and decor. Live musical performances, birthdays, filmings, comedy shows, book signings, band rehearsals , sweet 16 parties, fundraisers, live radio broadcasts and the list goes on. The venue has a stage, P.A setup, lighting, chairs, tables, projector included in the hourly. Walk throughs are welcomed and encouraged! "cleaning fee" covers both cleaning & on-site manager costs. A doorman is required for all events at additional cost. $20 houlry (with a $100 minimum) - This person is there for the satfy of your guests making sure no univited stranger enters your event from the street. The on-site manager is there to assist guests and make sure they a able to take full advantage of the space and it's many amenities. Guests are not expected to clean up at all after their event and are free to take only what they plan on keeping when leaving the space. This location is open 5am-2am 365 days a year.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I'm so happy I found the The Hidden Gem! The host was very communicative and responds very fast. When I arrived to the space, everything was preset and waiting for me. Filming was a breeze and the hosts were also very accommodating when it came to adjusting lights .
