About the Space
We host film shoots and photo shoots here frequently for art photographers, Fortune 100 companies, and tech start-ups. Photographers tell us the light quality in our space is a dream. Spectacular 2,700 square foot loft in West Oakland, ten minutes from SF. Hardwood floors, 18' ceilings, exposed brick and wood beams, multiple skylights, incredible sunlight. Minimalist design. Peruse our book collection on 18' library shelves, with a rolling library ladder. Kitchen, dining room, open loft space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Nick is an excellent host and his space is immaculate. We were lucky with a beautiful day so had plenty of natural light. I rented the space for professional photos and videos for our law firm. It There is plenty of parking, the wifi was super useful to have access to, and the many plants in space added a nice touch. Overall, we had a great experience and Nick helped make that happen. I highly recommend!
