All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

About the Space

Spectacular 2,700 square foot loft in West Oakland, ten minutes from SF. Former copper pipe factory. Hardwood floors, 18' ceilings, exposed brick and wood beams, multiple skylights. Minimalist design. Extensive book collection on library shelves with rolling library ladder. The loft is owned by a couple, Atara and Daniel. Atara is a modern architect, and Daniel is a real estate investor. Features for your off-site: - One-of-a-kind creative space - Seating for up to 30 people (in small clusters, or as a single group in the large loft living room) - Three bathrooms - Fast WiFi - Super large 8'x12' projection screens - Rolling whiteboard We look forward to hosting your group!

I am so glad we booked this space with Nick. The space is gorgeous, and furniture is even better now than what is shown in the pictures. Lots of options / space to move around, will def book again!!

Booked this amazing space last minute for a photoshoot. Lighting was perfect during sunset! True gem in an urban environment. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend!
