Classroom space available, great for workshops/classes, small group meetings, small dance/performance rehearsals. Located in a 1928 converted warehouse that has a rustic and intimate feel. The venue offers a main and hallway gallery, 3 multipurpose classrooms, and theater performance space. Each space offers a unique experience and is flexible and modular to accommodate to your needs. We are located in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles, a small arts and industrial neighborhood, with a one of a kind vibe offering brick walls, wooden support beams, sliding freight doors and surrounded by street art! The venue also includes free parking after 5pm and Saturdays in a lot across the street! *Prices are increased for film and photo shoots
All property belonging to Renter, Renter’s invitees, guests, agents and sub-contractors, and all equipment shall be delivered, set up and removed on the day of the event during the stated time frame. Should the renter need earlier access for set-up purposes, this can be arranged for an additional fee. The Renter is ultimately responsible for property belonging to the Renter’s invitees, guests, agents and sub-contractors. Renter is responsible for all setup including chairs, tables and other furniture or equipment. We own a limited number of tables and chairs, which may be used at no additional charge. We do not provide linens or table coverings. Clean Up. Renter shall be responsible for returning the venue to the state that it was provided to them. All decorations, props, rented furniture, and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the event. All property belonging to Renter, Renter’s invitees, guests, agents and sub-contractors, shall be removed by the end of the rental period. Should the renter need special consideration for the removal of property beyond the rental period, this can be arranged prior to the beginning of the event, and may require an additional fee. The Renter agrees to occupy the premises and shall keep the same in good condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and shall not make any alterations thereon without the written consent of the owner. Catered food is allowed but no cooking inside the venue. Propane, gas burners, hot plates or BBQ equipment are not permitted. Small sterno type devices are allowed. Alcohol (Beer and Wine) is served by us. Serving alcohol requires a caterers permit and can not be accessed through us. Noise Ordinance. Renter agrees not to use the premises in such a manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of other renters in the building. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 10:00am Sunday through Wednesday, 11:00pm to 10:00am on Thursday, 12:00am to 10:00am Friday and Saturday. All Friday and Saturday night shows must end by 11:30PM. The theater must be cleaned and vacated by 12AM or an additional $100 penalty fee will be requested. Renter further agrees not to maintain a public nuisance. All amplified sound must stop 30 minutes prior to quiet hours and all attendees need to vacate at the time of the quiet hours.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The space was perfect! Easy access to restrooms, parking, etc. the room was exactly as described and ready for us. The building is super cool and the neighborhood is awesome. We would definitely book it again!

This was perfect for what we needed it for. Clean and well maintained. As points for improvement, the flies were a bit annoying and the view of the dumpsters wasn't inspiring.

My star rating is for the great customer service Ethan provided in helping me to book the space. He was responsive to my inquiries and had the tables and chairs I needed for my workshop. The building itself was beautiful and my students really enjoyed looking at the great art work on the walls and in the gallery. The room, however, was not what expected. It was smaller than what I expected and definitely felt cramped with 20 people and the chairs and tables. It was also pretty hot that day and I did not anticipate that the venue would not have AC. It didn't help to open the window because the dumpsters were right outside. The staff was kind enough though to offer an extra fan for the room, but I probably wouldn't book it again if it is in the summer months. Overall, a great experience with staff and an okay experience with the facility.
