About the Space

Create a powerful visual impact with two screens and laser projectors (plus TV) and in-house sound system in Jack London Square district. This is a high-quality workshop/meeting & offsite space, with easy free street parking (or low-cost parking structure nearby). Full bathroom and additional men's and women's restrooms on the same floor. Newly expanded 1600 sq/ft of configurable space with seminar tables and chairs and luxurious office chairs. Fast secure WIFI and a sound reduction booth with a land VOIP line for taking and receiving calls. Lavalier mic and others are available. I will welcome you and help you set up your space to ensure an easy successful meeting. We have hosted: Facebook, Instagram, Logitech, Twitch, Stubhub, Chlorox, Kaiser, Triple-A and many other companies.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Paul's space was perfect for our Board Retreat; we had about 18 people, and were able to sit together for presentations and discussions, and move around the space for breakout sessions. The kitchen was a great bonus, as we brought coffee and pastries for the morning and got catering from Nido's Backyard for lunch (about .25 miles away). Paul was highly communicative, met us in person to show us how to use all of the technology and buzz attendees in. We had a great day, and would absolutely book Paul's space again.
