All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. No alcohol or smoking is allowed, registered personal helper animals only. We ask that you leave the room in a "broom-clean" state, and dispose of catering, presentation materials, or other clutter before checking out.

the space is AMAZING! beautiful and lots of very special character. parking is close and convenient, all the amenities we needed, on top of that the host was a rockstar! looking forward to visiting again!
This is a great space! Everything about it works right. Light, price, extra gear, it's all there. John was helpful and close by.
This studio was such a great space. Though I didn’t utilize the natural light, the multiple large windows were perfect for it (blinds were also available to block most of it). The space was large enough that myself, the model, makeup artist, and stylist were able to comfortably shoot in. John was also very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Definitely book an extra hour in order to accommodate loading and unloading.

We had a wonderful time shooting here! John the host is great - super helpful and made sure to give us a quick orientation of the place. He was available in a nearby office if we had any questions. He even helped me swap out a burnt bulb which was more of a surgical process than I thought ( weird strobe design). I’ve shot here before and I love that it has great natural light - would definitely shoot here again.
