Natural light studio with white walls and open space for shooting. Sunny, private, quiet space for your next photo or film shoot. Use of basic grip, covered parking for up to 3 vehicles, and many additional niceties included. Load-in is a snap with our loading dock and freight elevator. All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. No alcohol or smoking is allowed, registered personal helper animals only. We ask that you leave the room in a "broom-clean" state, and dispose of catering, presentation materials, or other clutter before checking out.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
