All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
A newly renovated 5,000 sqft open warehouse with high wood ceilings, pristine white brick walls, steel beams and slate grey concrete floors. It's located in the heart of Burbank, close to Whole Foods, Home Depot and Tender Greens. Highlights include (working) old school jukebox and pinball machine, long wood bar, kitchenette, onsite wood shop, 3 bathrooms and 600 amp 3 phase power.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Yes, I would book again.
Such a fantastic venue with even more fantastic owners and staff! A true hidden gem in Burbank and exactly what we wanted! The venue was so accommodating with the space and available use of their equipment, truly a one stop shop. Our guests loved the space and many were ready to book their next event there! From the indoor studio space with built in stage to the outside area with string lights, it was such a great space to have balance of indoor and outdoor festivities!

Pros--the space and the ability to transform it into whatever you desire is just incredible. I also really liked having Christipher there as the liaison between me and the people i hired (DJs, photo booth guy). I didn't expect that, so it was a nice surprise and relief, especially since I wouldn't know how to help the DJs with whatever questions they had and the photo booth guy was very unorganized. I appreciate you handling him about moving his truck and whatever his technical issues were. The DJs liked having someone to direct them, since I was busy setting up the desserts. I also really liked your enthusiasm and reassurance that it was going to be a great party. When you are just a mom having a party for her kid and it's not at my home or under my control, it's nice to be reassured that it would all work out and be fabulous. You reassured me a couple different times in person and by email. For me, I was spending a lot of money on many different things (rental, DJ, photo, cake,drinks, decorations) and I just want to know it's going to be okay. And, when you met with Sarah and really talked to her and found out what she wanted, that made a big difference too. The feel, the lights, the bubbles, strobe light, etc.....all those things made it extra special for her party. Cons-- can't really say I had any. Her party was everything she wanted, talk of the town; her and her friends had a fabulous time. So, thank you again for making Sarah's Sweet 16 super fabulous

Amazing experience! Anthony and the crew were very helpful and friendly, and of course the space is awesome. Atmosphere was perfect -- plenty of space, good acoustics, nice temp, and VERY patient and generous staff. I'll definitely recommend this space to others.
