Nestled in the treetops of Benedict Canyon is a beautifully restored, spacious Mid-Century home. Filled with an eclectic mix of vintage furniture, the interior design adds a timeless sophistication to any concept. Walking into the 1900 square foot home, you are greeted with a breathtaking view of Benedict Canyon, a beautiful angled couch designed by iconic Adrian Pearsall, and a one of a kind, 60's artwork by Walt Disney studios. The Pad offers a singularly warm experience, with it’s round ceiling radiating outwards into an expansive view of the canyon. The space is loved for it’s additional 1600 sq. foot scenic terrace, which holds approximately 50 people. The terrace has a surprising shape, as it wraps around the living room, giving you the impression that you are elevated above the canyon. The house is ideal for celebrity shoots, commercial shoots, photo shoots, interviews, corporate events and formal presentations. It is an inspiration for actors, writers, photographers, directors, and anyone seeking organic harmony in one of the most beautiful and private canyons of Los Angeles. In 2017, we have been featured on 2 International Vogue covers. *** Note regarding pricing: If your event is over 9 people, or if there is film or photography involved, the pricing ranges from 250$ to 500$ per hour.
