Notice: we are OPEN, but need to limit our maximum occupancy during the Covid-19 outbreak. Our normal occupancy maximum of 49 people will be reinstated when allowed. Typically we are a great space for: Fashion Shows, Educational Workshops (photo, dance, yoga, etc), Corporate Mixers, Trunk Shows, Art Exhibits, Business meetings (we have full multi-media equipment), and private parties (including Birthday Parties). We have a wonderful 900 square foot studio/event space for rent in Downtown Oakland's famous city center and theater district. We are located in front of the Frank H. Ogawa Plaza park, facing Oakland's beautiful city hall. We are also just 50 ft from 12th Street City Center BART station. Inside our space, we have a hair/makeup table (which can also be used for catering), and 4 more 6' folding tables. Plus we have up to 40 chairs available at no additional cost. We have ample photo, video, audio, and lighting equipment if you want to record your event or stream it online. We have a 42" TV and a video projector available for a small added fee. An ADA compliant bathroom and we are right at street level so no stairs or funny access to worry about. Just walk in off the street and you're here. PRICING: $75/hour including set-up and clean-up time. Renter is responsible for clean up. There is a 4-hour minimum rental from Friday-Sunday.
