There’s no parking inside the walking plaza in front of our space, but you can load and unload in front of our door and then park elsewhere. It would be best if we can email you driving direction on how to load/unload in front of our street-level door and also a parking map. There are 4 parking lots within our block and paid weekday and free weekend street parkings. We’re also just a few feet away from BART and all the public transit, in case you didn’t know :) Our rental time is entry to exit time, including cleanup/setup, please plan accordingly. We'd greatly appreciate it!

Nothing illegal on premises. No smoking, drugs, pornography or acts of sex allowed on premises. No alcohol without prior consent. And if you break it, you buy it. Please respect our space. No glitter, silly string, holi powder or duct tape allowed in the studio. Please, take care of our studio as it if it is your own; we have professional grade equipment available to our guests and expect our guests to be comfortable and competent using it properly. When gauging time management of your production, it's generally safe to allow yourself and your crew 15 - 30 minutes for setup and breakdown. Please arrive on time, as we will not open the door 10-15 minutes early to let you set up unless you ask us prior and/or book the extra time. Our studio assistant will help out for about 10 minutes to set up some lights or event tables and chairs if they are needed, and they will show you where things are in the studio (like the bathroom, air-conditioning, music, and first aid kit - always good to be safe). If you need our Studio Assistant to stay longer, then there will be an added charge for their help. With few exceptions, we offer a 10 minute grace period to clients, but after that, we will need to charge for any extra time in 30-minute increments. We expect that you have read the PeerSpace terms and conditions in their entirety, and will have a copy for you to see at our studio. Upon arrival, we may request a sign stating that you have read and agree to them, and we will like to see a photo ID to confirm you are the same person as in your PeerSpace profile. We are one of the most affordable studios in the greater Bay Area, and we have some of the most professional quality photo/video equipment available for renters to use. We would like to continue being a valuable resource to the creative community and need our renters to be respectful of our space in the proccess. COVID-19 PROTOCOL We adhere to the Enhanced Covid-19 cleaning Measures. We’re constantly sanitizing our space with antiviral cleaning products before and after space usage, and we also provide cleaning wipes, hand sanitizers, masks and gloves for our guests. Please wash your hands for a minimum of 20sec in the bathroom or use our provided disinfecting hand sanitizer upon arrival to our space and test your temperature prior to arrival. Any renter must understand, and agree, that by entering the agreed upon premise space, all parties adhere to all booking rules, policies, and guidelines, including social distancing guidelines and personal hygiene practices, to the best of their ability; and that failure to follow these rules, policies, and guidelines may result in their removal from the premise. They also waive and release Studio-FAB from any and all claims, causes of action, allegations, or assertions that may arise relating to infection of any person by COVID-19 that occurs, or is alleged to occur, as a result of entering our premises and booking agreement.
