This "Financial District Presentation Space", is known as the Preview Room. Lounge and professional screening room. OPTIMAL USE OF SPACE - Corporate Trainings - Product Demos - Team Building - Workshops - Panel Presentations - Investor Meetings - Screenings FEATURES 47 Seat Theater with full Audio/Visual components 800 square foot Lounge - Large wet bar - Couches - Cocktail tables - 2 flat screen TV's - Ice and popcorn service available for an extra fee INCLUDED IN BOOKING RATE Full use of Theater, AV equipment, an onsite technician and use of the lounge area. - 47 Seats (additional seating available: folding chairs) - Folding tables & linens - Digital cinema projection - Wifi - Microphones - HDMI connections - BluRay/DVD player - DIRECTV to display any content FOOD & BEVERAGE Catering welcomed. Stockable bar and refreshments can be provided. All proceeds benefit our charity to serve disabled and disadvantaged children in Northern and Central California.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
  • COVID-19 guest guidelines print outs. Download guidelines

  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

Great experience, really thanks Ayesha, Jocelyn, Eric and another lady (sorry forget the name) for helping me organize my secret propose event. It was a big success, and I really liked the dynamics and layout that this venue had. Ayesha has been very helpful and responsive, and all my expectations are met, also great location at FiDi, highly recommended!
