We have a great, creative facility available for production shoots in Culver City, CA (intersections are Overland & Venice Blvd). We’ve hosted music video shoots, movie shoots, recordings, auditions, fashion shows, and so much more. Venue details: Hourly rate: $100/hr with a specific minimum depending on event and day of the week. Square Footage: 1500 Sq Ft Capacity: 200 people Amenities: Couches, Chairs, Tables, Projector, Full Kitchen, Outdoor patio space w/ seating, High Ceilings, Open Floor Plan, AC, & Wifi. Outdoor Space: We have a large side patio attached to the space w/ plentiful seating. Parking: Street Parking (Driveway available for loading/unloading & offsite parking can be arranged). Additional Info: - There will be an additional $1,000 Security Deposit (Check or Paypal) and Event Insurance Fee (Approx. $105-$150). Both will be coordinated and paid to the space directly after booking through Peerspace. - Security Deposit to be held and returned after a walk through of the space after the event. - Walk Through to be scheduled within 2 business days post the event with Operations Manager (Kay Arutyunyan). - Event Insurance, Purchased Separately, listing Princiotta Properties LLC and The Collective HQ as Insured – paid by the Renter - You will be required to fill out a Liability Waver upon booking this space. Certificate of Insurance preferred. - 2 Hours of Complimentary Cleaning Included in the rental fee. - Additional cleaning hours to be billed at $30/hr (taken out of security deposit) - Parking - 10 Spaces provided complimentary one block from venue. - Additional spaces can be purchased for your event for an additional $15/car (taken out of security deposit) - Schedules & Availability may vary.
The space was amazing! The only negative aspect was the parking situation other than that everything was great. All of my guests and I enjoyed the venue much. The booking was super easy and painless. The entire process was positive. Thank you!
Booked this space for my 40th birthday party and it was perfect. Naira was really easy to work with and was readily available to coordinate access with me before and the day of the party. It is a really flexible space that allows you to pretty much do anything you want/need for a party. Would definitely book the space for a future event/party again.
This venue was absolutely perfect for our company event. So much space to work with, appreciate that we were allowed outside catering and drinks, and the hosts were very responsive whenever needed. Definitely recommend!
This space is fantastic! My company and I used it for a district meeting and we had a wonderful time; we were even discussing using it for future events. Naira was a great host! She was incredibly responsive and helped direct us to some additional contacts for chair rentals.
Had a great experience with this venue. The interior is nice - especially the outdoor part. There was a full kitchen and everything was clean. Naira and the rest of the team were incredibly accommodating in terms of receiving materials we had shipped in advance and being present for vendors to drop off and pick up chairs/tables/microphones. Note that the entrance is off a side street and not that nice of an area. Before booking be sure to look on google maps so you can see what the exterior looks like. We received complaints about difficulty with parking but I'm told that's typical of the area. Overall would definitely book with them again.
Space worked great for our needs (corporate networking event) and the team/host were easy to work with and super accommodating. We'd definitely host another event there in the future!
Hi Naira, Thank you for allowing us to host our event at your space. Everyone we worked with was wonderful. You and and Harry were fabulous, thank you both for being so attentive! The space was amazing. It was just perfect for our event. We couldn’t believe you had everything we needed. The the drawers had everything we thought we may forget from a simple pen to scissors or even all the av cords were right in their perfect spot that you described on the intro sheet. We had a great event and once again we loved it and will like to host another event sometime soon!
