We have a great, creative facility available for production shoots in Culver City, CA (intersections are Overland & Venice Blvd). We’ve hosted music video shoots, movie shoots, recordings, auditions, fashion shows, and so much more. Venue details: Hourly rate: $100/hr with a specific minimum depending on event and day of the week. Square Footage: 1500 Sq Ft Capacity: 200 people Amenities: Couches, Chairs, Tables, Projector, Full Kitchen, Outdoor patio space w/ seating, High Ceilings, Open Floor Plan, AC, & Wifi. Outdoor Space: We have a large side patio attached to the space w/ plentiful seating. Parking: Street Parking (Driveway available for loading/unloading & offsite parking can be arranged). Additional Info: - There will be an additional $1,000 Security Deposit (Check or Paypal) and Event Insurance Fee (Approx. $105-$150). Both will be coordinated and paid to the space directly after booking through Peerspace. - Security Deposit to be held and returned after a walk through of the space after the event. - Walk Through to be scheduled within 2 business days post the event with Operations Manager (Kay Arutyunyan). - Event Insurance, Purchased Separately, listing Princiotta Properties LLC and The Collective HQ as Insured – paid by the Renter - You will be required to fill out a Liability Waver upon booking this space. This was the perfect space to hold a big birthday bash! We had plenty of space for more than 100 people, a costume area, a live band, a DJ and fire dancers (out on the patio). Having a full kitchen was definitely helpful for food, drinks, birthday cake, etc. The space was well-stocked with tables, chairs, tubs, trash/recycling bins and paper products. Our guests commented on what a great space it was! Prior to the event, we asked to access the space a couple times to determine how we would set up and what it would look like at night. Naira was responsive and so easy to work with. It was reasonably priced to fit within our budget.
This is a great space to host events! Great communication from the host and followup as well (making sure we could get into the building and find everything we needed). The facility was charming as well and is perfect for both small and large groups.
This space was amazing! Host was very accommodating and responsive for our questions and the space was perfect for our DJ, bar, lounge, and outdoor patio setup.
