On the 21st floor and in the South-Western corner of the building, the office hosts 2 full walls of windows and receives ample natural light throughout the day. The office is setup as an open floor plan with 2 glass enclosed conference rooms a break out room, and kitchen. Each conference room, one with seating for ten and the other for six, features a Polycom, television, and ample whiteboard space. For meetings for more than 10 people, the building offers a 5 Star Conference Center which can be rented for up to a day at a time with catering and AV services offered for a small fee. Each of the desks for rent is electrified and complete with ether-net connectivity. WiFi is also available for mobility through the space. Additional amenities offered by the building and accessible to guests include bike storage, lockers, showers, a mail room, 24/7 security, and an ice-cream stand on hot days. On the ground floor of the building is also a fabulous coffee shop serving breakfast, lunch, and happy hour drinks with both indoor and outdoor seating. Guests will share the space with our company that occupies the space full-time. We are a group of 7 and work in the finance / energy-efficiency technology sector.
We are looking for a small group with whom to share our office space. There are 4 desks available for rent and they shall be rented as a group of 4 on a flexible month-to-month basis. We are looking for a group that does not mind sharing an open work space and can tolerate a moderate background noise level of frequent conversations and phone calls. Smoking, pets, and music outside of headphones is not permitted. Groups renting the space will be required to sign a month-to-month sublease agreement in which additional rules for use of the space shall be found.
