Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, CA

The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is just under 2000 square feet including the enclosed front porch. The lot it sits on is over a quarter of an acre. I have installed a short fence around the lawn to protect it from dogs. (see photo) It can easily be stepped over and you are free to walk on the lawn for shoots. However, if you wish to have it removed, I can do that. For shoots under ten hours, there is a small fee. For shoots ten hours and over, there is no fee. If possible, please let me know in advance.

Yvonne was absolutely amazing and the space is just breathtaking! There are so many unique little nooks & crannies to find all around the property, you could make it look as if you have shot in numerous different locations in one shoot! We will be back again to catch more looks as I think even in a full 8-hour day, there were more gorgeous spots than time permitted us to capture.

Yvonne was wonderful and her house is the dream place to take photos with models. Yvonne was very helpful along the way, making sure I knew the permit process. I'd definitely come back again! Best, Leah

Aaron H. booked a photo shoot for 8 people
Yvonne was great and friendly.
Jaymi W. booked a production for 13 people
Great house with a lot of little pockets for different feelings/vibes. Beautiful yard and the house is very eclectic & interesting! Host was very helpful with setting everything up and giving info regarding parking ahead of time. Only snafu is that there's one bathroom and it was sometimes occupied by the host or people living on property.
Rustam V. booked a video shoot for a commercial for 11 people
Yvonne was very responsive and helpful. And I'm grateful to her. We used only the garden for shooting and that space was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing I would recommend to anyone wanting to shoot there is to get a Film LA Permit. Booking the private location is unfortunately not enough for some of the neighbors who might complain about crew parking and unloading. Getting that additional permit will not only help the filmmakers but also protect the owner of the house.
