About the Space
The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is just under 2000 square feet including the enclosed front porch. The lot it sits on is over a quarter of an acre. I have installed a short fence around the lawn to protect it from dogs. (see photo) It can easily be stepped over and you are free to walk on the lawn for shoots. However, if you wish to have it removed, I can do that. For shoots under ten hours, there is a small fee. For shoots ten hours and over, there is no fee. If possible, please let me know in advance.

Very cool tropical/Indonesian themed space to shoot! Lots of areas to shoot, and wonderful gardens as well. Yvonne was a lovely host. Can't wait to see the photos, but I'm sure they came out fantastic.

I had two outdoor garden shoots (Two hours each). The gardens are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and flowers along a pathway linking open spaces and lush vegetation and a water feature. I probably made use of 30% of the gardens and plan on coming back in the future. There are many other areas that will yield a completely different look which is important if you don't want to duplicate backgrounds. I also shot on the stairs and one of the decks. While I did not shoot indoors, the rooms had lots of character. I would certainly make use of them when I work indoors. This studio is a "Keeper"
