Regardless of the actual time of day, you can control the light, easily changing the look from bright daylight to a subdued evening glow.
The space should be left clean and as you found it. There is no policy regarding eating or drinking, as long as the mess leaves with you. No tobacco products.
The experience with Burke from beginning to end was very professional. If I had a question he responded promptly. I even made an adjustment to my booking and he accommodated me. The space looked great and worked well for my photo shoot. I will definitely be back.
The space was very very nice and I got a few extra minutes to clean up which was nice of them. What I would suggest in the future would be for the space to be better about communicating on the day that a person is renting. I texted and called 30 minutes to the start of my time so that I could absolutely avoid any hiccups for myself or my guests but I didn't get a response early enough so that I could tell my guests in advance that the door code provided on the peerspace confirmation for the space was wrong and give them the correct one so I ended up being bombarded with a lot of phone calls while I was struggling to do some final tasks for the event because my guests didn't know how to get in. Luckily I did have a partner who showed up to the space half an hour before the event to assist. However, I think that something as important as the door code being different from what I and my guests know should have been information that I received even without having to call/text in advance or updated on the space's information on peerspace because any issues will just make me, the organizer of the event, look bad. There's no "I'm not sure" choice for whether I will book again so I'm just going to go with a "yes" since the space is beautiful and I'm open to possibilities but I just know that I definitely have to be way more thorough if I try to book with these people. Normally, I would have called and texted more, asked many more questions in advanced, and double-checked everything with them and I even planned to see the space in advance but unfortunately, I didn't have time for any of this.
Zero complaints. I had an event for 10 ppl. Any questions I had were immediately answered and Ellis was very helpful. I needed a few folding chairs they had chair covers which matched the room. I didn’t expect to see that when I walked through the door. That made it even better. In One word. PERFECT!
