Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

TJ was SUPER helpful when we were in a tight spot to find an open space quickly. Her space was large and bright, just as advertised to us. She was there to answer any questions we had and even helped us throughout our event. We were very pleased with this space and location.

Yes, I would book again.

I hosted a celebration for a friend who was an artist in NYC for many years, and passed away recently. We wanted to hang his artwork, play his favorite music, and serve food and drinks for about 50 people. The space was exactly as advertised, including the available tables, chairs, sofa, etc. TJ was wonderful. She got back to me immediately whenever I had any questions, and made herself available to help out during the event. My guests even commented to me how much they enjoyed meeting her. I would absolutely recommend this space, and could not have asked for a better host than TJ.
