About the Space

This private home is an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, containing two unique two life-size dollhouses in an ex-industrial building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The inspiration is Alice in Wonderland meets Marie-Antoinette. Amenities include: 800W Speaker. Plug and play via Bluetooth or headphone jack. Full working domestic kitchen with fridge/freezer (no microwave.) Single full bathroom. Air-conditioning and heating. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop of phone. Seating around the space for at least 20. Formal dining for up to 22. Tables and chairs available at extra cost. Enclosed private garden with patio umbrella. Closet for checking up to 50 coats. Chandelier on dimmer for evening ambience. We have x2 Alen Breathesmart Air Purifiers in the main space and an Airthereal unit in the bathroom all running 24/7, eliminating allergens and potentially Covid. Transportation: L to DeKalb Ave, M to Central Ave, J to Kosciusko St. B38 and B60.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

I rented this space for a small photo shoot and it was MAGIC. Brittany was super easy to work with and there were no problems with our deposit which was refunded promptly the next day. Hope to come back!

I celebrated my 30th birthday in 30 Land at this wonderful establishment!! It was the perfect ambiance, not only was the space perfect for 30 guest to mingle, dance and chat but it was the perfect spot for a photo-op. My guest had a grand time. Brit and Paula was accessible (perfect communication) and easy going. Do not second guess whether or not to book it, BOOK IT!

Yes, I would book again.

Had my 30th bday here and the space is BEAUTIFUL. Easily and comfortably fit 26-28 people. Honestly more people may have felt a little cramped. We did not use the banquet set up and eating dinner and drinking situation was fine without. Space was spotless and everything worked: Bluetooth speaker, LED lights, dimmers for lamps, stove/ oven, microwave, jot water. We brought a bunch of food (about 5 full trays) and it was effortless to set up/ serve in the kitchen. Working with the space manager was great, she's so knowledgeable and helpful with everything. Was able to view the space before my event as well. And working with Brittany was amazing and smooth. All communication was quick and easy as well. Highly highly recommend! Thank you to the team!
