This inspiring sunlit 1200 sq. ft. work loft space features high ceilings, abundant natural light, excellent fresh air flow (ceiling extraction fan, Dyson Hot/Cool air purifying fans) and window/door access to the adjacent deck. Inside the space you are surrounded by contemporary paintings, and extraordinary views over the Mission, Twin Peaks and downtown SF. In the evening, you will see the sparkling lights of the Mission and Twin Peaks through the two-story high glass windows, and step out onto the deck for drinks and relaxation. Your host is a well known artist and the art on the walls is always changing. As an artist’s retreat it has some some bohemian flair but is primarily modern industrial in feeling. Located adjacent to Tartine Manufactory and Heath Ceramics, near Flour+Water, The Morris, Trick Dog, and True Laurel. Starbucks is directly across the street. An ideal space for you offsite team meeting, summit, workshop, collaborative and creative session, presentation or corporate event. If you need to extend the capacity for attendees we have an adjacent studio which can be added. Please ask for details. We have upgraded our network and wifi router system to accommodate intensive video streaming (1G speeds) and remote conferencing. Your meeting or event can be configured as you request. We currently do not allow advance scouting visits, and can email a 3D view of the space on request. **COVID-19 Protocols: We are a low-traffic space, specializing in executive level team meetings and workshops. The current maximum number of people is 18 to comply with current social/physical distancing guidelines. (Normal max is 28 seated at tables). We exceed CDC issued guidelines for extra sanitization, safety and distancing requirements. Masks or face coverings are required in hallways and bathroom spaces and we have disposable masks onsite. Masks are not required inside the space - please use discretion. Please ensure your team washes hands upon entering. Hand sanitizer is available on site. Peggy was the true MVP of our small photo + video shoot! We had to keep our crew extremely small for safety reasons but had a notable talent, and Peggy went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was clear and communicative, responded quickly, and was there to offer parking and location support on the day. The space was beautiful, well decorated, and very clean. We would definitely book here again!

Peggy is wonderful, and our team loved their time in her space. She was an on site coordinator and allowed us to focus on the session rather than the details. We even had our lunch vendor go to the wrong location, and she totally coordinated the redelivery of the lunch without me needing to be involved at all (I was out sick). It was great, and everyone should work with her in her incredible space.

Really great experience! Peggy couldn't have been more helpful. The space itself is airy, open, spacious, and flexible. Loved having lots of chairs plus large LCD available for use. Definitely will use again.
