-- Security and Damage Deposit in the amount of $1000.00 required prior to the day of the event -- Any portion of an hour used will be charged as a whole hour -- Renter must provide a House Manager -- Renter must attend a short safety briefing -- Renter must provide a certificate liability insurance in the amount of one million dollars with our business named as additional insured -- No smoking permitted anywhere inside, in front, or behind the building at any time -- No alcohol permitted -- Open flame is not allowed anywhere in the building -- Confetti or glitter is not allowed -- NO FOOD, CANDY, GUM, OR BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED in the audience seating area. Bottled water is OK. -- Food and beverage are allowed in the lobby -- Renter must not attach any item to walls, floor, ceiling, or acoustic panels. All requirements for attaching items to walls must be approved in advance. -- Staples, nails or screws may never be used for attachment to any building’s surface -- Renter must allow enough time within the rental period for clean up and to bring the space back to its original condition -- Janitorial service is required at least once per day. The fee is $150/service
