I wish I could rate this space and host 10 stars!!!! Peggy was simply incredible--- friendly, helpful, and so sweet. Incredible host. Space itself was gorgeous, we had a customer advisory board meeting there and it went off without a hitch. Everyone raved about the space. Will definitely be booking again!
We had a date change for our meeting and Peggy was accommodating and ensured that everything ran smoothly. She responded to my questions right away and offered recommendations which were on point. We would use this property again for future meetings.
We filmed a video production here and Peggy was an amazing host. She not only has a beautiful space and work of art, but she is also flexible, accommodating, and open-minded. She had refreshments set up, had reserved parking spots for our crew, and let us stay overtime when we ran late. 10/10 would recommend.

The space was amazing and Peggy was a lifesaver! When a previously booked site fell though, Peggy confirmed quickly and went out of her way to help with all of the details to make the day a success. Can’t say enough about the Peerspace service, this location, and Peggy - awesome experience.
This space was/is amazing! We hosted our office holiday party here, and I don't think we could have found a better location. It was a great space for the party, and exceeded all of our expectations. The views were beautiful, the loft was beautiful, and Peggy was a perfect host! She helped us unload about 15 boxes worth of stuff for the party, which included letting us borrow a large dolly to get the items up to the loft, made sure we had everything we needed, and continued to check on us throughout the night to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The space was great, but Peggy and Jeremy really were the icing on top of the cake. I would 110% recommend this location to others, and hope that we have an excuse in the future to come back!
Peggy is the best host you could ever ask for - extremely helpful, and does all the logistics work for you. She checks in to make sure things are ok. She even lcoet me tour the space ahead of time. The space itself is cozy and warm. We had 2 days. On the first day we had close to 27 show up (some extras globbed on at the last minute) and it was feeling tight. The next day we were down to 24 and it felt just right. There were perfect spots for breakout space in the enclave in the front and the loft up the stairs. The patio works well for that too if weather permitting. I thought it would be loud and echoey in the space with so many people but actually it wasn't at all. If the weather is cold tell folks to add a layer, it can get a little chilly (it is an old building!).

We hosted our team offsite at Peggy's loft. The space is a wonderful creative space with high ceilings, artwork, and a lovely deck. I wish we were able to take advantage of the deck but the air quality was so poor due to the wildfires. Peggy was an amazing host. You could not ask for better support for an event. She was quick to respond to all message prior to the event and during our event, she provided everything we needed and was easy to reach throughout the day. I'd book the loft again and highly recommend this space.
