Update **Fully vaccinated hosts** An inspiring space in a prime location in the NE Mission Arts district, this 1200 square foot creative space has breathtaking 180 degree views over the Mission, Twin Peaks and downtown. We have excellent air flow and very high ceilings. By day, your event is surrounded by contemporary artwork and high ceilings with abundant natural light. In the evening, you'll see the sparkling lights of the Mission and Twin Peaks through two-story high glass windows, and step out onto the deck for fresh air. As an artist’s retreat it has some some bohemian flair but is primarily modern industrial in feeling. We are located close to Tartine Manufactory, Flour +Water, and Heath Ceramics. We are happy to provide our list of recommended caterers. To make sure your experience is exceptional, we remain nearby in the building during your event and are available to provide assistance if needed. Please read our excellent reviews. This space is perfect for corporate and business events, parties, meetings, team building, creative sessions and client presentations. **COVID-19 Protocols: We are a low-traffic space, specializing in infrequent, executive level team meetings, workshops and events. The current maximum number of people for non-seated events is 20 to comply with current social/physical distancing guidelines. We will exceed CDC issued guidelines for extra sanitization, safety and distancing requirements. Masks/face coverings are required in hallways and bathroom spaces ( they are not required inside the space - please use discretion. Please ensure your team washes hands upon entering. Hand sanitizer is available on site. Any person with symptoms of, or recently tested for COVID-19 is not allowed in the building. Please ask about current food delivery instructions and restrictions. We are happy to answer any questions at all - just reach out** We have excellent wifi to accommodate video streaming and remote conferencing. I rented Peggy's Artist Loft to host my daughter's Bridal Shower. The space was outstanding, beautiful, and so inviting and comfortable. Peggy went above and beyond to ensure my event was special. Her responsiveness and communication prior to the shower helped in so many ways. She provided all of the extra amenities that we had agreed upon and was available throughout the shower, making sure that it was all going smoothly. I would highly recommend renting this space out and would do it again in a heartbeat. My guests couldn't stop talking about this lovely space, the beautiful artwork and decor, as well as the amazing views.

Can't say enough good things about Peggy or her space. She was incredibly hospitable for our shoot and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed and then some. Her space is really gorgeous to shoot in and allows you to pull a lot of different looks. The patio outside was a great bonus and provided some gorgeous views. Would book again without a doubt.

Peggy was the true MVP of our small photo + video shoot! We had to keep our crew extremely small for safety reasons but had a notable talent, and Peggy went above and beyond to accommodate us.
