Panoramic View of the Santa Cruz Mountains

This space is a unique private home on 5 acres in Monterey County with a spectacular panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Mountains. With approx. 900 sq. ft. of outdoor patio space, it's a perfect spot for a small wedding, family gathering, corporate meeting, or film location shoot, accommodating up to 35 people. It's a completely private location with a paved 300 ft driveway leading to home and parking area. Parking area can accommodate up to 10 vehicles. Valet parking is an option. Carpooling guests here would be recommended. There is an electronic gate to the property. Live music, catered food and wine, hot tub and overnight stays are available options. Depending on the event, 5-7 outdoor tables with or without umbrellas can be set up with extra chairs Each event will be designed to fit the needs and desires of the guests. For off-site meetings, long tables and chairs accommodating up to 35 people can be set up on the patio basically bringing the indoor office space outside with a backdrop of the Santa Cruz mountains, strawberry fields, sheep ranches in the distance. 2 outdoor bathrooms will be available via NorCal (nice ones with sinks). Catered food service is available. Kitchen access with buffet style food set up will be inside so the experience here will be both outdoor (meeting) and indoor (lunch/dinner) Prior to meeting, all details and set up will be in place. This will be a one of a kind memorable experience for all who attend. I also have 2 Bose speakers that provide excellent background music for meeting or lunchtime. I will be working in the background to ensure everything runs smoothly.
