The space accommodates 14 people seated at the tables, but an approximate total of 20 people when using sofa, surrounding lounge chairs, and padded folding chairs. CONVENIENCE Located four blocks from Civic Center BART, Mid-Market and Twitter. For parking, I suggest SpotHero since on-street parking is so difficult. Do not leave valuables in your car. Welcome! Check-in: You will be greeted at the front door at your stated arrival time then escorted to the meeting room for an introduction to the space including details regarding: Wi-Fi, A/V, kitchen use, heating/cooling, food delivery, and emergency instructions. - All items in the refrigerator, or on the tables, are complimentary - Feel free to reconfigure the furniture to suit your needs - I am grateful to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. - Caterers are welcome to visit the space prior to your arrival. Please contact me in advance to set up a specific time. Check-out: - The departure of your group at the stated end time is much appreciated - Please place all used dishes, glasses, etc in the dishwasher or sink and use the provided trash and recycle bins for all waste. - If a farewell in person is not possible, the code and instructions for the digital lock on the front door will be explained in your introduction. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Such a welcoming space. Hannah was extremely responsive. The constant communication made a same week booking for an all-day meeting really easy. Our team of 14 needed an easily accessible venue for our offsite, and this was perfect. Coming from an everyday world of grey cubicle land in the Financial District, it was really great to be in a comfortable setting with good natural light. There was a single restroom outside the meeting room, which would create a line during breaks, but that's okay, it made it all the more intimate for us. The only con would be the noise from the next door neighbors (music, garage opening/closing, steps on stairs). Easy enough to ignore. The couches (and swing!) were great when we broke out into groups. I look forward to utilizing this space again!
Hannah's place was great and just as advertised. It was everything I expected and more. She was very responsive and worked with me the entire time. I would high recommend this place to anyone.
Hannah hosted us for our Exec Team off-site for 14 people. She had already setup one long table for us to work at. Her assistant Caley was friendly, helpful, and responsive while being off-site. The HDMI hook up on the wall for presentations worked seamlessly and we will definitely be back (:
