The space accommodates 14 people seated at the tables, but an approximate total of 20 people when using sofa, surrounding lounge chairs, and padded folding chairs. CONVENIENCE Located four blocks from Civic Center BART, Mid-Market and Twitter. For parking, I suggest SpotHero since on-street parking is so difficult. Do not leave valuables in your car. Welcome! Check-in: You will be greeted at the front door at your stated arrival time then escorted to the meeting room for an introduction to the space including details regarding: Wi-Fi, A/V, kitchen use, heating/cooling, food delivery, and emergency instructions. - All items in the refrigerator, or on the tables, are complimentary - Feel free to reconfigure the furniture to suit your needs - I am grateful to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. - Caterers are welcome to visit the space prior to your arrival. Please contact me in advance to set up a specific time. Check-out: - The departure of your group at the stated end time is much appreciated - Please place all used dishes, glasses, etc in the dishwasher or sink and use the provided trash and recycle bins for all waste. - If a farewell in person is not possible, the code and instructions for the digital lock on the front door will be explained in your introduction. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly. Advance notice helps me to better coordinate my day, and to schedule the housekeepers. We did a workshop with 11 people total and it was awesome. Hannah was super-responsive, the space was better than described, and the experience overall was amazing. I can't wait to return to this space. Thank you, Hannah!
Hannah was so pleasant to interact with and her space was beautifully put together! She made us feel like we could really settle in and get comfy. Love the design. She thinks of everything to help bring the experience full circle (coffee, tea, decor, extension cords, adapters, markers).
This place was great! It was super easy and delightful to work with Hannah. Everything was exactly as described. Hooking up to internet, the TV monitor and everything else electronic was easy and reliable. I used Peerspace concierge serves and amazon prime now for food and snack deliveries, which was smooth as can be. I highly recommend this place for any work meeting. Hannah was also reliable, very communicative and very helpful. I hope to have an excuse to be back soon!
A great space for a meeting. Quiet and well lit. Everything was organized. Bathroom was clean and a table was set up for us for our catered lunch. Thanks Hannah.
This is a beautiful bright space with lots of natural light. There are different areas within the same room so you could have several discussions going at the same time. It was well appointed with large white boards, flip charts and Apple TV. The owner was responsive and even alerted me when our catering wasn't delivered. She was flexible with our start time and end time when we started later than anticipated and ended up going overtime.
Hannah's space is so cool! It has abundant natural light which is a unique find in the middle of the city! She has it prepared with useful supplies for an offsite, such as: large poster paper, whiteboard markers, pens, glassware and silverware. There were even drinks in the fridge! The table outside of the main area was so useful to put meals & snacks on. Clean up was a breeze. You basically just need to put your dishes near the sink!
