Available 7-days a week | 7:30AM-7:30PM Recently converted commercial building with 18' ceilings, massive skylights, galley-style kitchen with Bosch dishwasher and convection oven, plus new refrigerator and electric cooktop. Double-seater tree swing and four indoor bike racks. The space accommodates 14 people seated at the tables, but an approximate total of 20 people when using sofa, surrounding lounge chairs, and padded folding chairs. SPACE FEATURES Private entrance with bike storage leads to 25'x30' main room complete with: - Two end to end work tables mounted on casters for easy reconfiguration - 6'x 8' sofa - Two large original skylights for tons of natural light - Three leather lounge chairs flanking oversized ottoman - Original pot belly stove - 79" 4K-technology Sony TV with fully articulating wall mount (3' and 6' HDMI cable provided) - Apple TV available - Large wall space for client-provided projection - Three door-sized hanging white board panels (not shown in all photos but permanently installed) with dry erase markers and eraser - Two remote-controlled ceiling fans with lights - Dimmable surround and pendant lighting - In-wall heating units - Bar cart with wine glasses, short glasses, carafes, and champagne flutes - Galley kitchen includes flat wear, utensils, and serving dishes ADDITIONAL SERVICES Please let me know in advance if you need anything specific so I can be sure to have it on site prior to your arrival. CONVENIENCE Located four blocks from Civic Center BART, Mid-Market and Twitter. For parking, I suggest SpotHero since on-street parking is so difficult. Do not leave valuables in your car. This was a very pleasant and hassle free video shoot. Hannah was unable to host in person, but getting in and making use of the space was very simple. The space itself is very nice and my clients were impressed. The natural light was perfect for video. Additionally, the location is in a great part of town but is far enough removed from the main street that audio production only needed to pause momentarily for the beeping of trucks backing up. Great experience!

Hi Due to the coronavirus situation our flight from Spain was cancelled so we could not reach SF. This is a terrible situation for all of us. Peerspace is not answering my emails since days ago asking about a chance to get a refund. We totally understand about the high demand but please, just asking for information and a solution. Hannah was super helpful and had everything ready for us when we arrived. The space comes equipped with everything you need to have a productive meeting: chargers, markers, whiteboards, and more. Everything was easy to use, including presenting on the TV, and the space was well lit and nicecly decorated. It has a great mix of functional conference table space and couches, chairs, and even a swing, for less structured moments.

Space met expectations from photos/description. Host was well supplied with dry erase pens/post its/pens etc. There is also plateware/utensils and a dishwasher to use if you have catering and don't want to be wasteful. Also a table outside the main door so you can set up catering without distracting from the session.
