About the Space

Recently converted commercial building with 18' ceilings, massive skylights, galley-style kitchen with Bosch dishwasher and convection oven, plus new refrigerator and electric cooktop. Double-seater tree swing and four indoor bike racks. The space accommodates 14 people seated at the tables, but an approximate total of 20 people when using sofa, surrounding lounge chairs, and padded folding chairs. Located four blocks from Civic Center BART, Mid-Market and Twitter. Private entrance with bike storage leads to 25'x30' main room complete with: - Two end to end work tables mounted on casters for easy reconfiguration - 6'x 8' sofa - Two large original skylights for tons of natural light - Three leather lounge chairs flanking oversized ottoman - Original pot belly stove - 79" 4K-technology Sony TV with fully articulating wall mount (3' and 6' HDMI cable provided) - Apple TV available - Large wall space for client-provided projection - Three door-sized hanging white board panels (not shown in the photos) with dry erase markers and eraser - Two remote-controled ceiling fans with lights - Dimmable surround and pendant lighting - In-wall heating units - Bar cart with wine glasses, punch bowl, and champagne flutes - Galley kitchen includes flat wear, utensils, and serving dishes For parking, I suggest SpotHero since on-street parking is so difficult. Do not leave valuables in your car. (I used to recommend 'Luxe Valet', but have received recent information that they are "re-organizing" and to try them again at a later date) IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly. Advance notice helps me to better coordinate my day, and to schedule the housekeepers. Welcome! Check-in: You will be greeted at the front door at your stated arrival time then escorted to the meeting room for an introduction to the space including details regarding: Wi-Fi, A/V, kitchen use, heating/cooling, food delivery, and emergency instructions. - All items in the refrigerator, or on the tables, are complimentary - Feel free to reconfigure the furniture to suit your needs - I am grateful to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. - Caterers are welcome to visit the space prior to your arrival. Please contact me in advance to set up a specific time. Check-out: - The departure of your group at the stated end time is much appreciated - Please place all used dishes, glasses, etc in the dishwasher or sink and use the provided trash and recycle bins for all waste. - If a farewell in person is not possible, the code and instructions for the digital lock on the front door will be explained in your introduction. Yes, I would book again.

I booked this space on behalf of the management team at my company. Not only was the space great and everything in full working order. I am a first time Peerspace user and had issues with scheduling but Hannah was really accommodating! It does get a little warm with the skylights, but we were also blessed with a rare sunny day. Great space, great location, great amenities!!

We used the space for an offsite exec meeting - it was perfect. Lots of natural light. Plenty of space for our 10 attendees. Lots of markets, bars, and restaurants close by. Our host, Hannah, was extremely accommodating and kind.

Yes, I would book again.

Hannah and her meeting space were both wonderful. We held an all day, company offsite and everyone really enjoyed the location — especially the natural light, whiteboards, TV, conference table and side areas. Hannah's space included lots of nice amenities including coffee, tea and lots of sticky notes, dry erase markers and Sharpies. Communication was also fast and painless. We'd be happy to hold another meeting here in the future.

This space was great! We had a team offsite for 16 and were able to gather around the two big tables as well as break into smaller groups. The table would be cozy if we had all had laptops, though. We had one person dial in via video chat and the setup was seamless. Would definitely recommend it!
