The space accommodates 14 people seated at the tables, but an approximate total of 25 people when using sofa, surrounding lounge chairs, and padded folding chairs. Located four blocks from Civic Center BART, Mid-Market and Twitter. Private entrance with bike storage leads to 25'x30' main room complete with: - Two end to end work tables mounted on casters for easy reconfiguration - 6'x 8' sofa - Two large original skylights for tons of natural light - Three leather lounge chairs flanking oversized ottoman - Original pot belly stove - 79" 4K-technology Sony TV with fully articulating wall mount (6' and 12' HDMI cable provided) - Apple TV available - Large wall space for client-provided projection - Three door-sized hanging white board panels (not shown in the photos) with dry erase markers and eraser - Two remote-controled ceiling fans with lights - Dimmable surround and pendant lighting - In-wall heating units - HP printer - Bar cart with wine glasses, punch bowl, and champagne flutes - Galley kitchen includes flat wear, utensils, and serving dishes For parking, I suggest SpotHero or Luxe since on-street parking is so difficult. Hannah's space was great! She was communicative throughout the process and flexible with any questions or requests we had. The space itself was exactly as described and fit our team of 13 perfectly. There were carafes to fill with water so we didn't need to lug cases of water to the venue and the location made it extremely easy for our catering lunch vendor to drop off food. She also had an extra table outside the main venue room that she set up in the morning to allow us to easily serve the food. There were also a number of coffee shops located within 1-2 blocks for any team members that wanted different coffee than what was available through the Keurig. The tv was great to project our information on and the sliding white boards were helpful to jot down team notes. I can't recommend this place enough!
Great space, terrific host and convenient location! My colleague approached me to assist him in finding an offsite meeting location. Criteria--in SF/close to the office, has "breakout" space, whiteboards and AV capabilities. Hannah's space was perfect for our group of 15. All those attending really enjoyed the space and would have loved it if I had also planned a cocktail party after their sessions. Next time!

Booked based on a referral from a trusted coworker. Super accommodating host, really comfortable well organized and laid-out space. Convenient location. Great lighting. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely book here again. Note: Space is smaller than it appears in pics, so walk-it in person prior to booking and make sure it can suit your needs. Only one restroom, but did not present an issue for us. Have a backup wifi source in case Comcast has any issues.
