The space accommodates 14 people seated at the tables, but an approximate total of 25 people when using sofa, surrounding lounge chairs, and padded folding chairs. Located four blocks from Civic Center BART, Mid-Market and Twitter. This is an incredible light-filled space with a fully functioning kitchenette, dedicated restroom, whiteboards and HDMI connection for presentations. The space is comfortable, clean and tidy and Hannah was a wonderfully responsive and attentive host. The room is situated with 2 tables that can be configured to seat 8 or placed end to end to seat 14 with additional comfortable couch seating along the perimeter wall. We had 17 in attendance which proved to be tight for 16 men who all wanted to be at the table with laptops. There was unexpected construction noise from the neighbors which Hannah valiantly tried to mitigate, as well as overhead footsteps which were distracting. It was also a warm day in SF that translated to the room being warm with the number of people in attendance. All in all, it was a great space and I would definitely book again for fewer people.
The space was wonderful! Even better and more functional than the pictures and description in real life. Hannah was entirely helpful with even the tiniest details like parking, and made sure that we had everything to have a successful event. I would book this space again and again!
Hannah's space was great! She was communicative throughout the process and flexible with any questions or requests we had. The space itself was exactly as described and fit our team of 13 perfectly. There were carafes to fill with water so we didn't need to lug cases of water to the venue and the location made it extremely easy for our catering lunch vendor to drop off food. She also had an extra table outside the main venue room that she set up in the morning to allow us to easily serve the food. There were also a number of coffee shops located within 1-2 blocks for any team members that wanted different coffee than what was available through the Keurig. The tv was great to project our information on and the sliding white boards were helpful to jot down team notes. I can't recommend this place enough!
