Recently converted commercial building with 18' ceilings, massive skylights, galley-style kitchen with Bosch dishwasher and Bosch convection oven, plus new refrigerator and electric cooktop. Also provided: side-by-side tree swing, four indoor bike racks, 79" Sony 4K TV. The space accommodates 14 people at the tables, and a total of 20 people when using sofa and surrounding chairs. FEATURES Private entrance with bike storage leads to 25'x30' main room complete with: - Two end to end tables mounted on casters for easy reconfiguration - 6'x 8' sofa - Two large original skylights for tons of natural light - Three leather lounge chairs flanking oversized ottoman - Original pot belly stove - 79" 4K-technology Sony TV with fully articulating wall mount (HDMI cable and Mac adapter provided) - Apple TV available (please ask for it in advance) - Large wall space for client-managed projection - Three door-sized hanging white board panels (shown in last photo) with dry erase markers and eraser - Two remote-controlled ceiling fans with lights - Dimmable surround and pendant lighting - In-wall heating units - Bar cart with wine glasses - Galley kitchen includes flat wear, utensils, and serving dishes - Banquet table with black linen tablecloth can be set up for your catering/food service SPECIAL REQUESTS Please let me know in advance if you need anything specific so I can be sure to have it on site prior to your arrival, or, contact the Concierge Dept at Peerspace. For multi-day guest, housekeeping can be arranged after Day 1 for trash removal, vacuuming, dish washing, and supplies replenishment (toilet paper, coffee pods, dry erase markers, etc). The charge is $75. TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS Located four blocks from Civic Center BART, Mid-Market shops, and Twitter. For parking, I suggest SpotHero since on-street parking is so difficult. Do not leave valuables in your car. (I used to recommend 'Luxe Valet', but have received recent information that they are "re-organizing" and to try them again at a later date) There are three indoor bike racks Thank you for your booking!
There is metered parking along both 8th and 9th streets, and, I offer a hanging parking pass for $25/each/per day to be used as a visitor of this building. All rules pertaining to rear view mirror hanging parking passes must be followed. Please also check SpotHero for nearby parking lots.
Welcome! Check-in: You will be greeted at the front door at your stated arrival time then escorted to the gathering room for an introduction to the space including details regarding: Wi-Fi, A/V, kitchen use, heating/cooling, food delivery, emergency instructions, etc. - All items in the refrigerator, or on the tables, are complimentary - Feel free to reconfigure the furniture to suit your needs - I am grateful to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. - You are welcome to preview the space prior to your event date. Please contact me to set up a specific time. Check-out: - The departure of your group at the stated end time is much appreciated - Please place all used dishes, glasses, etc in the dishwasher or sink and use the provided trash and recycle bins for all waste. - If a farewell in person is not possible, the code to the digital lock and instructions for its use, will be covered in your introduction IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly. Advance notice helps me to better coordinate my day, and to schedule the housekeepers. Your feedback for improvements and suggestions for enhancing the space are greatly appreciated!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Space met expectations from photos/description. Host was well supplied with dry erase pens/post its/pens etc. There is also plateware/utensils and a dishwasher to use if you have catering and don't want to be wasteful. Also a table outside the main door so you can set up catering without distracting from the session.

We had a 2-day workshop last week and it went extremely well! The venue is bright, spacious and a delight to work and collaborate in. Hannah (the host), was a delight to work with. Super quick turnaround with any assistance needed and overall communication was 5/5! This is a beautiful space! perfect for our offsite. It got pretty cold one day (it was pouring outside) and Hanna was great about communicating re: heaters, etc. She was pretty hands-off for the most part which was fine by us!

Our team fully enjoyed this space for two days of meetings. It was comfortable, super clean and it had many attributes to make our work run smoothly. Whiteboards, kitchen area, soft seating, restroom and tables w/ linens for catering. Hannah was very responsive and helpful with everything we asked for. An excellent, urban meeting space when you don't want to conduct business in the office.
