Parking lot rental is required for events with more than 30 guests. We can help arrange. All vendors and staff must be licensed and insured. The site manager does not act as your coordinator. The responsibility of the site manager is to assist in the functions of the space and amenities, monitor the use, assist in any emergencies and approve the condition of the space at the end of the evening before staff departs. Renter will be required to obtain a day-of-event insurance policy which names the venue as additional insured. Caterers or other vendors working on site will need to provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance. If alcohol is to be served the bar service will need to add the venue as additional insured. A security deposit will be required (amount to be based on total fee) If not agreed to otherwise, Owner is not responsible for moving any furniture. Anything moved by Renter must be put back where it was.
This location is AMAZING! There are so many different spots to shoot and all of them are cool! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The location has everything you need and more!
