The Ruby Street, a beautiful plot of land in a historically protected artists’ neighborhood, is a hidden gem where people gather to celebrate love, art, and community. A former church built in 1905, Ruby has undergone a complete restoration but kept its original stained glass windows and charming details. Our 4,000 square-foot interior space boasts natural light from skylights and a lush outdoor garden space. Since opening in early 2016, The Ruby Street has played host to everything from pop-up dinners to film screenings, weddings to film shoots. Ideally situated between Highland Park and Pasadena. It has undergone a complete restoration and is available for one of a kind filming, photo shoots and more... $500/hr with a minimum of 6hrs + staffing/cleaning/furniture moving fees depending on the production. $1500 refundable security deposit required. Over 4,000 sqft on the main floor including: -Ladies room w/ 3 toilets -Mens room w/ 1 toilet, 2 urinals -2 suites -Huge outdoor space with direct access for vehicles -Outdoor bathroom - 3 Phase power - Nearby lot can be arranged for cars at an additional cost. - Fifteen 8' and Fifteen 4' rectangular wood tables available as well as 200 chairs
