All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules
DON'T BE BASHFUL
Clients are encouraged to contact us anytime with questions and for support planning their event - we're excited to help!
CATERING
Clients are welcome to bring in their food and beverage of their choice. However, if a vendor plans to bring in outside equipment (for example: taco cart, bar, etc.) please let us in advance as additional fees may apply.
PETS
Our space is dog friendly. However, for insurance purposes we require advance notice if anyone attending would like to bring a dog. Please note that if loud barking becomes an issue we reserve the right to ask the furry friend to be taken off premise. (If you have a more exotic pet that you would like to bring in, please contact us to discuss.)
NO SMOKING
This is a smoke-free venue. However, we do allow vaping outside on the roof deck and there is an easily accessible smoking area on the ground floor.
OVERTIME
Overtime (early arrival or late departure) is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate in 30 minute increments.
FURNITURE
Clients are required to obtain prior permission to move furniture before/during events. Please inquire about our list of items that either cannot be moved or require additional fees.
SPACE ACCESS
We assign staff to support booking for the exact time you have booked our space. If you anticipate needing access earlier or later than the contracted time, please let us know with as much advance notice as possible so that we can arrange to extend your booking and line up staff.
DECORATIONS
Clients may use only use painters or masking tape to affixed items to our walls. Glitter, confetti, etc of any nature are prohibited, and any use will result in an increase in cleaning fee by $100.
AMPLIFIED AUDIO
Use of outside amplified audio is not permitted. We have a robust Sonos system that is included in the rental and allows clients to play any music streaming service through from their phone.
KITCHEN & GRILL USAGE
Clients are welcome to use the kitchen to serve and reheat food. However, if you would like to cook in the kitchen or use the grill, please let us know in advance as additional fees may apply.
SUPPLIES
We provide: Trash bags, toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap and paper towels. Please make sure to BYO: Flatware, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, napkins, ice etc. If you would like to rent our plates or glassware, please inquire about rental rates.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This past weekend i threw a 21st birthday for myself and this was the PERFECT LOCATION!! They were super descriptive with all of the directions, and rules and that made this a super easy experience. The venue was beautiful for pictures and for catching up with all my friends to celebrate my birthday. Dominick was a great energy to have around during the walk through and Ty was the SWEETEST and most helpful person throughout the night. I highly recommend this venue for any type of event. The only thing is I wish the music was able to go a little louder so we could dance but I’d still come back to this venue , it had great energy (:

Loved having the 3 levels so our guest can spread out and move about especially with covid still in play. Rooftop area was super cute and the venue is seconds from the beach. My baby shower went off without a hitch. Very happy
