The home has a massive, open floor-plan on the main floor, with one private, corner office. There are 1.5 acres of beautiful grounds, including a pool, spa, sauna, daybed swing, cargo net reading space, piano, and a state of the art theater which seats 15 people. This house also offers several small and large breakaway spaces, perfect for equipment storage, craft service setup, hair and makeup, wardrobe and video village. Folding chairs, rolling clothing racks, tennis balls and makeup counter provided at no additional rental cost.
