FOOD AND BAR - In-house food and bar service only (no outside food/beverages allowed) - $750 Food/Bar minimum required if needed RESTRICTIONS: • No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building outside of our featured wood wall. • No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. • No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours will require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment. Beautiful space! I host a lot of small group events so I typically arrive early to set up. To my surprise, everything was already done when I arrived an hour and a half before showtime. Friendly staff & great space. Paula was easy to work with and managed everything quickly and efficiently through Peerspace. The space is little inconspicuous to find from the street but not difficult by any means. I would definitely book again.
Love this unique space. Paula not only worked with me on all details but set the space up in the most beautiful way. The music, lights and space were perfect. Everything worked and I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a private event or special occasion. Rustic and chic. Perfect.
The venue was great! It was modern and had a great feel to it. The bar set up and food was great. The only issue we had was that when I asked before I booked if the projector could host a whole presentation they said yes, but then day of we had no audio for the presentation. We had to run the mic up and down the stairs and put it next to the speaker for anyone to even hear the video's. They only had one mic which stopped working half way through, had buttons missing and was duct tapped. We also had to run to the store to get a USB cord since they didn't have one for the presentation itself. It was a great space and most of the staff was helpful but I don't think we will use this venue for 80+ people again.
AMAZING VENUE!! Perfect space for our event and the food was just as yummy! Had everything set up and ready to go WAY before the event. And the bartenders were AWESOME!
The space was very funky and cool! It was a bit tight for the conference we held in there due to the number of table set ups we required, but we made it work. Paula was extremely helpful, quick to respond and very accommodating. The food was also great!! The process working through peerspace was extremely painless and easy!
Paula was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure that everything ran very smoothly for our event, and incredibly accommodating to our large group. She helped a ton with food arrangements, set up, take down etc.
