VENUE ACCESS Guests are not allowed to enter other units in the building or make load noise when in the hallways or rooftop. FOOD AND BAR *Outside food/beverages allowed, must remain in kitchen area RESTRICTIONS: *Renter is responsible for removal and disposal of excess trash in a proper manner. *The property shall be left in the exact same condition as when the rental began. *Onsite staff member required *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. INSURANCE: Additional Production Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours will require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment. This space was perfect for our photo shoot! We utilized the white seamless backdrop and light kit, which were were a great fit for our needs (both product and styled shots). Plus, the prep area allowed plenty of space for set-up and styling, and the attached kitchen was very helpful for some food shots too. Zen was a wonderful host, helping us get set-up and providing everything we needed. Look forward to using this awesome studio space again!
Zen was so great and she has such a beautiful space. Communication was on point, she answered all my questions and even let me drop by to see the space before which really helped out! It was such a cozy and homey space with great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this space to other creatives and rent it again
