Production Room A is 39x60 feet. We have 30 plastic folding chairs for rent if needed for $1.25 each. We do not have tables, but can accommodate the delivery and pick up of rentals. Available for rent 7 days a week, from 6am - 3am! Our Production Rooms come staffed with a fully qualified sound engineer and top of the line sound equipment. Party rates may apply for large groups of 25 people or more. Located Ten minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and five minutes from downtown and Sixth street, our clients can enjoy all the benefits of our beautiful city. Loading is easy through two large bay doors and storage is available for all studios. The production studios are large spaces designed for flexibility, comfort, and privacy. Each production room is equipped with 100 amp disconnects (production room A has an additional 200 amp disconnect) and a private lounge/production office to support your staff. Ceilings are high enough for lighting placement and there is ample parking for tour buses, trucks and attendees. Extra services such as pipe and drape, projectors and screens, musical backline equipment, staging options, and wireless mic rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
We are not permitted for public concert events. All event bookings must end by 12:30am. Food and beverage are allowed. Every customer get 15min before and after the reserved booking for load in/out. Event Policies: Some events may require One or Two professional Security Officer's staffed for an additional $55/hr per officer. The proper permits must be acquired by the client and/or catering service for any sale of alcohol. Only TABC certified bartender's are allowed to serve alcohol. If an event is BYOB all guests must be 21+ years old and a door person is required. BYOB only applies to beer, no liquor, wine, or other alcoholic beverages are allowed during a BYOB event. Really enjoyed this entirely! The space is BEAUTIFUL! got everything I needed. The guy who was helping us wasn't in the best of moods, but he helped out when we asked. but otherwise, very much enjoyed it. Will be back again!
Wow wow and wow. I can not say enough great things about this place. Our party today was a complete HIT. Everyone loved it and had an incredible time and that is thanks to the awesome and super friendly staff and of course the amazing set up! Thank you so much Alex and Willa (our super cool light and all things electronics, technician) for making this possible! As my kids would say it was: LEGENDARY!!
