Conference Room Booking Policies: - All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. - $50 outside of regular office hours (8am-5pm) - You may arrive up to 15 minutes to get acquainted with the space. - If rooms are not sufficiently cleaned up after your departure, we may bill you an additional $25 clean up fee. Conference Room Setup Change: - $25 if we’re notified 48 hours in advance - $50 if notified the day prior - $75 if notified the day of Conference Room Priority Services: - Setup of drinks, coffee etc: $25 setup fee, $15 per refill - Lunch delivery and setup for a meeting: $10 - Lunch pickup and delivery: $25 - Bring guests to meeting room: $10
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
