All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Solstice is our basic conference room, setup for smaller meetings of up to 4 people. This room features a landline for conference calls, a monitor with HDMI connections, a dry erase board, and an Apple TV allowing for easy connectivity for presentations. Amenities: - All rooms are conference call capable with Polycom systems. - All bookings include courtesy WiFi - Our rooms come equipped with monitors with HDMI hookups, Apple TVs, and dry erase boards - HDMI converter cables available upon request - Courtesy parking Ask about our priority conference room services! Lots in front and back of space, in addition to street parking and overflow lot adjacent to our building.
General Rules
Conference Room Booking Policies:
- All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time.
- Additional $50/hr outside of regular office hours (8am-5pm)
- You may arrive up to 15 minutes to get acquainted with the space.
- If rooms are not sufficiently cleaned up after your departure, we may bill you an additional $25 clean up fee.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
